The CAQHI Program is open to healthcare professionals (faculty, fellows/advanced trainees, staff) from institutions in the Texas Medical Center and the University of Houston.
QI project teams are welcome to participate in the program together. However, each team member must submit a separate application. An Info Flyer is available below to share with colleagues.
