Applicant Acknowledgement: By submitting an application for the Fall 2021 CAQHI Program (Group: CAQHI-1), the applicant acknowledges that they are applying simultaneously for BOTH of the below courses, which are requirements of the certificate program and associated specifically with this respective CAQHI Program offering (Group: CAQHI-1):
An accepted CAQHI Program application provides the applicant with automatic enrolled in both courses (they will not need to apply separately for each course). HOWEVER, prior to the start of EACH course, all accepted CAQHI Program applicants are required to confirm their continued intention for enrollment in the respective courses by their prompt attention and reply to I-QIPS communications sent to them in this regard.
Note: Each of the above courses is available without enrollment in the CAQHI Program. An applicant, who is interested in taking only one of the courses or would like to take both courses without participating in the CAQHI Program, should apply separately for each respective course of interest. To do so, visit the Education page, where Calls for Applications (by course) are announced when available.

The QI Jump Start course is the first of two required courses for the CAQHI Program. This intermediate-level course builds upon foundational skills, as well as those concepts acquired from each course session.
