For questions, please contact: BCM MOC Program
As a designated ABMS Portfolio Program Sponsor, Baylor College of Medicine works directly with the ABMS Portfolio Program™ to request MOC Part 4 credit/points on behalf of eligible BCM and BCM-affiliated physicians and physician assistants who are certified by participating ABMS Member Boards, as indicated below, or by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
If approved, credit is issued accordingly by the relevant ABMS Member Board or the NCCPA (based on their respective requirements and credit translation for continuing certification). As such, physicians and PAs should expect to see their credit issued directly to their respective Member Board or NCCPA profiles.
Baylor College of Medicine is unable to request credit consideration on behalf of physician members certified by a non-participating ABMS Member Boards. Any physicians wishing to obtain credit/points from a non-participating Member Board should submit their improvement activity directly to the respective Member Board for credit consideration.
