The Institute for Continuing Professional Development in Quality Improvement and Patient Safety (I-QIPS) is accepting applications from qualified BCM faculty for the following position: Assistant Director of Programs (10% - 20% FTE).
With a vision for developing the quality improvement community across the College and affiliated institutions, this position serves on the I-QIPS Executive Committee and is primarily responsible for conceptualizing/developing, implementing, and leading I-QIPS programs focused on scholarship, faculty development, and recognition in the areas of quality improvement and patient safety (QI/PS), as well as in assisting with Maintenance of Certification Part 4 – Improvements in Medical Practice (MOC Part 4) duties, as assigned.
This position will be funded through and located within the I-QIPS, which is a division of the Center for Collaborative and Interactive Technologies at Baylor College of Medicine.
