Open Position: Assistant Director, Education
CALL FOR APPLICATIONS
The Institute for Continuing Professional Development in Quality Improvement and Patient Safety (I-QIPS) is accepting applications from qualified BCM faculty for the following position: Assistant Director, Education (10% effort, based on year-round engagement).
With a vision for developing the quality improvement education across the College and affiliated institutions, this position is primarily responsible for developing, implementing, and teaching QI/PS education across BCM. The Assistant Director of Education will also lead and further develop the I-QIPS QI Coaching cohort.
This position will be funded through and located within the I-QIPS, which is a division of the Center for Collaborative and Interactive Technologies at Baylor College of Medicine.

PLEASE NOTE
The following information should be clearly described in the submitted documents:- Your experience and expertise in teaching QI.
- Your vision for developing the QI education across the College and affiliated institutions.
- Documentation of active engagement in recent I-QIPS activities/initiatives for at least one (1) year.
- Documentation of experience in a QI/PS leadership/educator role in some capacity outside the I-QIPS.
